When is my normal ship date for my crate?
Crates ship on the 20th of each month with the cut off date being the 15th of each month. This means it should be in your hands no later then the 25th of the month if we are shipping it to you! Pick ups can occur
Can I pick up my crate?
Of course! If you are local to Janesville WI you can save on shipping by pickiing up your crate at Play Time Studio during business hours.
I have another question, how do I get ahold of someone?
